During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the detox meals offered at Shanti Som. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, making the healthy eating experience enjoyable. I especially appreciated how the meals were satisfying yet aligned with my dietary goals-definitely the highlight of my dining experience!

I indulged in some of the best spa treatments I have ever experienced at Shanti Som. The techniques were truly rejuvenating, and I found the ambiance of the spa to be exceptionally calming. The therapist was attentive and personalized the experience to my needs, making it an lovely part of my wellness retreat.

The yoga classes at Shanti Som were absolutely invigorating! Each session was led by experienced instructors who tailored practices to varying skill levels. I particularly enjoyed the breathwork class, which left me feeling both grounded and energized. It was a great way to challenge myself physically and mentally during my stay.

My room at Shanti Som offered a truly tranquil atmosphere, complete with lovely decor and a terrace that provided a personal escape. The unique design allowed for ample natural light and fresh air.
